The Swedish Psychological Defense Agency has revised its complaint against TV4's Kalla fakta program, acknowledging flaws in their quality assurance process.
The agency initially requested that clips from TV4's investigation into Sweden Democrats (SD) be removed, claiming interviews were taken out of context.
However, the Broadcasting Commission lacks the authority to enforce this.
Critics, including Dagens Nyheters' editor Peter Wolodarski, have called the complaint "strange and ignorant.
" Agency Director Magnus Hjort stated they will heed the criticism and emphasized the importance of independent media in democracy.
