Residents of Mullhyttan in Lekeberg municipality are being advised to boil their drinking water due to a significant water leak.
The advisory, aimed at those using municipal drinking water, comes after the leak has posed risks of water shortages or low pressure in parts of Mullhyttan's urban area.
Efforts to repair the leak commenced in the afternoon, with the situation expected to persist until at least Thursday.
This period allows for the mandatory approval of two water samples before lifting the boiling recommendation.
