In a significant police operation in Berlin, authorities targeted Ernst-Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg, members of the notorious Baader-Meinhof Group, also known as the Red Army Faction (RAF).
Despite the arrest of two individuals during the raid, the main suspects, Staub and Garweg, remain at large.
This operation is part of an ongoing investigation into the activities of the RAF, a group infamous for its violent acts in West Germany during the 1970s and 1980s.
Recently, another RAF member, 66-year-old Daniela Klette, was arrested, further intensifying the search for the remaining fugitives.
