The major military exercise Baltops 2024 has started, running from June 5 to June 20. Sweden, now a NATO member, will participate along with 18 other countries.

Military units from Poland and the USA are stationed on Gotland for this exercise.

Dan Rasmussen, head of Gotland's regiment, noted the effective cooperation between nations.

The exercise will mainly take place at Tofta shooting range, with additional activities in Lojsta and Ljugarn.
