The helicopter, belonging to Kallax Flyg, was parked on the ground when the avalanche hit, with the pilot managing to escape.
Two individuals were initially reported missing but were found later in the evening.
One person has been airlifted to a hospital in Tromsø, Norway, though their condition remains unclear.
The accident occurred in a remote area, 60 kilometers from the nearest road, complicating rescue efforts.
Authorities have confirmed that the avalanche risk in the region is significant, rated three on a five-point scale.
Rescue teams, including helicopters and snowmobile patrols, worked tirelessly to ensure everyone's safety.
