A five-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by a motorhome while cycling in Hyltebruk, Halland, Sweden.
The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon on Highway 26, a road with an 80 km/h speed limit.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, and the child was immediately transported to the hospital.
As of Sunday, police reported the boy's condition as serious but stable.
The motorhome has been impounded, and authorities have initiated an investigation into negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm.
No suspects have been named in connection with the accident.
The road was temporarily closed but reopened after several hours.
